SimScreen Right Corner Panel

The simulation screen facilitates effective observation, patient communication and teaching during simulation while decreasing distractions for the student, thus creating a more "real" simulation setting.  Simulation screens allow for individual "test-outs" of students if needed and can be moved throughout the sim lab.

The actual dimensions of each standard SimScreen™ unit is 6' in height and 3' in width.  These dimensions with a corner unit can surround a standard office desk or can be individually used for more direct observation of a simulation.  The corner panel can be made as a  left or right unit.  The corner dimension for the return (the corner unit is a standard SimScreen unit with a side return closed-in) is 14 inches for a Right corner SimScreen (RC1) and 13 inches for a Left corner unit(LC1).  The reason for the difference is the abutting flange is always installed on the right side of the SimScreen.

The SimScreen™ uses Mirropane TM commonly known as a "two-way mirror".  It is a highly reflective mirror which is partially reflective and partially transparent. The glass area is 31 inches wide by 37 inches in height. The mirropane used in our SimScreen is tempered for safety.
 
The base area has a finished white pvc type panel which is durable and easy to clean and maintain.  
                                                                                                              
All units are designed to abut each other with an aluminum flange for a larger observation area.

The SimScreen™ frame is 2"x2" aluminum 6061.

Each unit is easily mobile with a wheel base.

SimScreen™ panels can be combined to make an actual temporary control 
wall or room section.  They also assist in noise reduction.

The units can slide into each other for easy storage.

The SimScreens are now Powder coated in Silver for a durable, lasting finish.
